Hand-picked by Brian May and Roger Taylor from “QUEEN” to be the principal guitarist in the Queen/Ben Elton musical 'We Will Rock You', Simon performed in over 2,500 shows across Australia, Japan, UK, Ireland and Denmark. Simon has appeared in several guitar publications in Australia and
apan, including BURRN magazine, YOUNG GUITAR magazine and "AUSTRALIAN GUITAR" as their featured "Hot Guitarist".

Touring extensively, Simon performed as part of the "We Will Rock You" Australian/Japanese tours of 2005 and 2006, the UK tours 2009-201 and 2019/20. The Tenth Anniversary World Arena Tour 2013 which took in Holland, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Turkey, Finland, Denmark, Northern and Southern Ireland and the UK. Simon also then featured as the Guitarist on the World Class "Anthem of the Seas" version of "We Will Rock You" performing with an International cast and band based out of New York.

As a result of the Japanese tour, Simon was invited to return to Tokyo to conduct guitar clinics as part of the official launch of the Brain May model guitar.

Prior to touring, Simon proved himself to be one of Melbourne's most in demand guitar instructors. Simon is particularly excited to bring his knowledge and expertise to our students.
