Shipping Information

At The SoundLab Music Store, we offer free shipping Australia wide to all capital cities on orders above $100, except for large items over 100kgs (e.g., speaker cabinets, drum kits). We also offer competitive postage costs on all orders under $100 and for heavy items.

You can also order online and collect your purchase in store. If you would like to click and collect your order at our store, please select click and collect at checkout. Once your order is ready for pickup, our team will call you to arrange a suitable pickup time. Please allow 1 – 2 business days for our team to prepare your click and collect order.

All our orders are dispatched within 1 – 2 business days and will be sent with a tracking code via Australia Post, Sendle, Couriers Please or by a third party courier. Your tracking information will be sent to the email address used upon checkout.

Our delivery times are estimated between 2 – 10 business days, depending on your location. Couriered items cannot be sent to a PO Box or a parcel collect, so for any larger items, please provide us with a home or business address.
