Alejandro has been a professional drummer for over 20 years. He received private tuition from teachers including Russell Coleman (Bon Scott-Ac/Dc) and John Watson (Aussie Crawl/Renee Geyer) who gave him a solid foundation of technique and theory.

As a working musician he has toured extensively throughout Australia with countless signed acts and also has been the drummer for local 'living legend' Jerome Smith (Keith Richards Band, Divinyls). Alejandro has also toured Europe with indie artists during his time living in Berlin DE and completed extensive tours through his country of birth 'USA'; performing alongside nationally
respected 'Americana' artists James McMurtry and Alejandro Escovedo.

His original heavy rock band FtFDS have just released their second full length album and developed quite the cult following and reputation as skilled musicians. This band has shared stages with countless international heavy rock acts: Earthless, Brant Bjork(Kyuss), Nashville Pussy, Nick Oliveri (Kyuss, QOTSA), The Sword, ruckfighters, RedFang, eastwars, The Shrine and Elder. Their first independent album has been nominated for a number of awards including the 'Age Music Award' alongside Major Label artists.

He is a multi-instrumentalist and has composed music for internationally released films, commercial television and has a diverse range of genres. Alejandro is also a talented percussionist and really enjoys playing guitar or bass guitar alongside his drum students to show the complexities of the rhythms and grooves and will tailor lessons to suit the interests and personalities of each student.

In his career he has been endorsed by Premier drums, Sonor Drums & UFIP cymbals and is currently with Trent Macintosh Custom drums. He does frequent corporate gigs around Melbourne and works at Billy Hyde Music in retail sales.
